Pours a filtered golden color with a big and stable white head.
Smells of dried blueberries among spicy garden herbs and a note of lime rind, together with lighter caramel.
Has an utmost refreshing lighter bodied mouthfeel with a very lively carbonation, creating a stony effervescence.
Tastes of dried hay, an initial aqueous softness and well pronounced, balancing noble hops. The beer then produces a huge carbonation burst, together with sweeter caramel and a hint of corn bread. Finishes crisp and sweet with a very light remaining dryness and lots of bread dough.
A rather light Pilsener in flavor, with an interesting, subtle hop profile and a well pronounced, slightly rustic malt backbone.
