Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Motueka & Simcoe- hopped Double India Pale Ale.
We mashed Your Wish Is Granted and Reply Hazy Try Again together and the results are TASTY. Hard to go wrong with Citra, Nelson, Motueka and Simcoe in a beer, but still - blew us away - don't skip this one.

Pours a juicy vibrant yellow. Little head or lacing; pure juice. Tastes of sharp citrus, grapefruit, lemon, and pineapple. The finish is tart, heavy acid. Overall a very enjoyable beer

Yields a lighter yellow color, completely unfiltered, with a froth, medium sized head atop.
Offers aromas of grass accompanied limes with a note of skunky resin, additional mango and unripe kiwis.
Has a smoother, soft mouthfeel among a lower carbonation, producing a later effervescent burst.
Tastes of skunky resinous honey, wrapping up blueberries and orange zest, amped up by a bitter lime impact. The beer turns quite a bit more bitter with additional limes, soft bread dough and a note of sun ripened papaya. Finishes a bit heavier on the resin, amplifying the sweetness of the malts by adding a caramel note, together with lots of lingering limes, leading to a longer lasting aftertaste.
A solid double IPA with a nice interplay between dank, fruity and sweet hops with just a glance of balancing, supportive malts.
