You know that little, white plastic thing in your pizza box that keeps the top of the box from smashing or touching your fresh, hot pizza? Some call it a pizza table, a pizza platter, a pizza saver - whatever it is you call it, it's about time we give that hero the nod it deserves with a beer we're calling "Little Pizza Table." Bring on the Citra, Simcoe & Nelson-hopped hazy IPA!

Attractive in all aspects, though it’s slightly a little too piney/hoppy (and a little less juicy/citrusy) than my real happy place. Nevertheless, as always Hop Butcher has created another remarkably accessible IPA that is a pleasure to drink.

Yellow to gold in color with a very hazy complexion. There’s an inch of densely packed off white on top. There’s aroma is of lemon and lime hops. I’m tasting grassy to lime and lemon hops. The mouth is very smooth and approachable.

ONE PINT can
Served in a stemless wine glass

This beer pours a turbid, golden hue and is topped with an inch of tan head that leaves nice lacing.

Light grapefruit and pine aroma.

Even lighter flavor. I really have to struggle to get much out of this beer. I get faint grapefruit as it warms a bit.

Medium bodied with a creamy mouthfeel

Pretty bland. Nice mouthfeel though

16oz can. Poured out a slightly cloudy, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy lacing. It smelled of grapefruit, orange, caramel and toffee. Sweet fruity taste with toasted caramel and a sharp, piney bitterness.
