16oz can. Poured out a cloudy, hazy, golden orange color with a small, fluffy head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace. It smelled of melon, orange and toffee. Sweet caramel and toffee taste with melon, orange and a sharp bitterness.

Yellow in color with a hazy complexion. There’s a half inch of creamy off white on top. Heavy, soapy is on my glass. There’s aroma is of melon and cantaloupe. I’m tasting melon and cantaloupe. The mouth is smooth and very approachable.

Aroma: Strong aromas of orange, tropical berries, some green melon, and some lime. (4.00)

Flavor: Strong flavors of orange, green melon, some lime, and berries underneath. Tropical, smooth, clean. (4.25)

Feel: Medium body, appropriate, carbonation, tropical, smooth, dry and clean. (4.25)

Compared to Hop Butcher DUN DUN DUN 2/25: Pours identical, stronger aromas. More tropical melon, berries, lime. Less orange citrus, citrus zest, pine. More tropical and flavor. Winner: Best Buds

to Hop Butcher Cosmic Glow 1/25: Pours identical. Milder aromas. More orange, tangerine, lime. Less apricot, stonefruit, and pine.

to Hop Butcher Your Wish Is Hazy 1/25: Milder head. Milder aromas. Less strawberry, lime, green melon. More blueberry, grape. Drier and cleaner.

to Hop Butcher Galaxy Bowl 1/25: Pours darker, stronger aromas. More orange, grapefruit, cantaloupe melon

to Hidden Hand With Random Precision 1/25: Pours lighter, stronger aromas. Less tangerine, apricot, resinous pine. More lime, green melon, berry and flower. More smooth and sweet.

to Phase Three Out For Delivery 2/25: Pour darker, milder aromas. More tropical berry. less lemon and pineapple. Winner: Phase Three.

to Hop Butcher Mellotron 2/25: Less green melon, More stonefruit. Sweeter.

to Hop Butcher Orange Moss 2/25: Similar aromas. Less orange, tangerine, tropical stonefruit. More citrus, pineapple, flower. Similar. Winner: Best Buds

to Toppling Goliath Fire, Skulls, & Money 3/25: Pours darker, milder head. Milder aromas. More lime, tropical berries, green melon. Less white grape, citrus. Sweeter.

Overall: A new release collab with American Solera in Oklahoma. Nice Simcoe and Moteuka combo. Simcoe gives some tropical melon while the Moteuka adds a touch of lime and pine. Very nice and pretty clean as well.
Best Buds has an interesting hop combo with the Simcoe and Moteuka. Moteuka adds a ton of flavor complexity and is done well here. (Rating: 4.03)
