This is the thirteenth separate IPA I’ve had from HopButcher… and once again I’m happy to report this is a tasty, resilient, nice-looking beer. The fragrance was especially amazing - fresh and citrusy and discernible from across the room (almost). The haziness and the lovely pillowy head persisted for a long while pouring. The D in the DIPA is pretty apparent as the beer journey continues. I wouldn’t call it hoppy or bitter, but the juiciness and sweetness were kind of held in check as I wrapped things up.

16oz can. Poured out a cloudy, golden orange color with a small, white head of foam. It left stick ring of lace on the glass. It smelled of orange, pineapple and grapefruit. Sweet tropical fruit taste with toasted caramel and a piney bitterness.

Aroma is fruit/floral/citrus/orange, big piney hops and a hint of sweetness. The flavor is citrus, malts/bread and a tropical hop/spicy hop resin finish.
