Pours a golden orange with a murky translucency. Head is a couple fingers of white foam. Aroma is ripe mango, tangerine, grapefruit, and lemon zest. A little grass and herbal slip in too. Tropical fruits on the nose, but they are a little dated and trailing off. Some doughy malts beyond. Flavor profile is mango, grapefruit, and orange zest with a squeeze of lemon over grass. Doughy malts sit behind. Tropical fruits are present, and pretty full, but a little past their ripeness. Mouth feel is medium in thickness. Texture features a very light silty grit to it but is otherwise flat. Overall, some good hops popping through, but they pop and deflate a little too soon.

One of the weaker offerings I've had from Hop Butcher flavor-wise, but it's still a decent beer. Good body.

A beautiful, hazy, magnificent looking beer from Hop Butcher, which is one of the very best IPA sources in the Midwest. This struck me as tasting a little less juicy & citrusy as I might have expected from the beguiling fragrance, and to my uneducated palate the double IPA hoppiness was pretty evident on the back side. For me, this beer evoked feeling as well as satisfaction, and I inhaled deeply before every sip. My final rating reflects my own bias in favor of juiciness, but no matter, this is really darn tasty!

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy yellow pour, ample white foamy head eventually settles. Light fruity aroma, orchard fruit and citrus. Taste is biscuity, light tropical notes, berries, pear, dry, light bitterness.

Polish flag themed can with Pierogi in the name...I was intrigued. The beer is a super hazy dark yellow liquid with a bright white head. Fruity aroma....a mix of citrus and stone fruit. A little earthiness underneath the fruit. The taste is a bit sweet up front, warming by the mid-taste, and has a very fruity finish from the hops. Flavorful and interesting. It hides the abv very well. Full in body. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I like it.

16oz can. Poured out a cloudy, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sticky patches of lace. It smelled of grapefruit, guava, mango and sweet caramel. Sweet tropical fruit taste with toasted caramel and a piney bitterness.
