This collab (with Southern Grist in Nashville) has been in the works for quite some time, but we're excited to have finally gotten it done and in tanks. Big hazy Double IPA and hopped with choice Motueka, Citra & Galaxy hops.

From the start, I don't know whats worse, the label or the name? Both are awful...sorry not sorry.
A: Pours a murk bomb. Opaque, yeasty floaties. A dense white head with retention and lace. Even after all these years, I'm still embarrassed to pour something like this into a glass...I don't know why its a popular look...And if its a necessity for the styles flavors...well read on.
S: Nondescript and generic fruit salad. Pineapple might be more prevalent here, but hard to tell for me.
T: Fruit salad, over ripe fruits, lots of sweetness and astringent. Almost no bitterness, which would help a lot for balance.
M/O: A full chalky body. Low carbonation. Astringent and harsh for a minute, then a quick finish. Not something I want to come back to.
Honestly, after having A Toast To Ten, I'm having a hard time picking out any difference. Its basically the same, but maybe more astringent this time, and with palate fatigue, this gets a downgrade. OK, I tried some NEIPA's for the first time in several years, I can go back to not thinking about them again...

Poured a cloudy yellow body with decent head and minimal lace. Nice aroma of fruits with sour tint. Smooth, medium body, slightly acidic and bitter like mango and pineapple juice with a peach-like dryness.

Yellow to gold with an exceptionally hazy complexion. There’s a quarter inch of dishwater white on top. Heavy, sudsy lacing is prominently on the glass. The aroma is of lime and lemon. I’m tasting citrus and lime. The mouth is very smooth and easygoing.

16oz can. Poured out a cloudy, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy lace. It smelled of peach, melon, grapefruit and caramel. Sweet tropical fruit taste with toasted caramel and a sharp bitterness.

Pours a very hazy hazy pineapple color with a creamy white head that lingers as a cap on the body of the beer and provides moderate lacing. Gorgeous hazy.
The nose is loaded with tropical citrus aromas, primarily ripe pineapple, tart oranges, lemon, and mango, which is precisely where the taste lands, with a bit of sweet oats on the finish.
The mouthfeel is full and soft, fitting the beer perfectly. This is fantastic, IMHO.
