Cloudy pale orange colors. Tropical scents of mango and pineapple. Taste is subtler than the smell, also a bit of a piney malt background. Crisp, lighter to medium bodied, clean finish, mildly assertive alcohol presence. Good, not great.

Space- the final frontier... And it tastes delicious! Hop Butcher is only interested in the stuff as they weave together a hazy IPA with Citra, Riwaka, Galaxy and Strata hops.
Pouring a pale and tarnish gold, Only Interested in Space rises with a creamy ivory froth over a matte textured body. As a radiant perfume of tropical fruit, citrus, berry and herb swirl about the nose while first palate introductions consist of dry cereal, shortbread and honeysuckle. A burst of tangy ripe oranges make a splash on the middle palate while additional fruits of white grapefruit, lemon, passionfruit, gooseberry and honeydew add both succulence and fruity zing. As a turn toward bitterness brings balance and bite, a peppery hop taste of fruit peels, fresh spruce, tea leaf and hemp close out the session.
The beer is a nice distraction from all else as it focuses the attention just on hops for a few minutes.
