On tap at Tinkers Tavern in pdx yesterday. Was very surprised to see this in town.
The beer pours the expected light hazy amber color with good head retention and lacing. The nose is attractive, showcasing tropical fruit and citrus (nice amount of lime). The flavor profile replicates the nose pretty closely, but with no bitterness on the finish. Treehouse fans will likely love this beer, but I'm not digging the finish. That being said, this beer is very light on its feet otherwise, and delivers considerable tropical fruit, without being overly sweet. Mouthfeel otherwise is medium bodied, with not much of a finish. That being said, the alcohol is well integrated into the flavor profile, and this comes across as a very easy drinking ipa.
Nice ipa. Would likely order again.
