A Motueka, Ella & Simcoe-hopped Hazy Double IPA jam we did with our friends at Madame ZuZu's and The Smashing Pumpkins to honor the 30th anniversary of Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness album.

The taste profile on this one ranges from candy to hoppy/bitter. It can't seem to play in one space, and that is not a bad thing. 8% ABV is a bit much for this old guy, but it does not taste boozy at all. Hop Butcher brewers are mad scientists!

Canned 11/18/25. Solid, well balanced 2x NE ipa with good mouthfeel; thickish haze; medium hoppiness; a complex citrusy/fruity/juicy/tropical-kinda/hard-to-pin-down flavor and a clean, quick-fading aftertaste. Very quaffable for an 8%er.

Standard haze. Fresh but muted juicy aroma. Tropical more than citrusy flavor with peach notes. Vivid dieselly terpenes add depth to the flavor. Super smooth finish. The tropical fruit medley tea adds another layer.

16oz can from Tavour. Thick, Hazy golden pour, cap of tightly beaded head, streaky lacing. Aroma is over-ripe fruit, tropical, melon, stone fruit. Taste is peaches, apricots, mango, all with a little bite to them. Dense, creamy feel. Pretty quick finish
