1/3/26 - (Home) (Chicago, Illinois) Can Notes: Purchased a single 16 oz can at Beer on the Wall at store temperature on 12/10/25 for $4.55 including tax. Canned 11/25/25 @ 13:47:23; Can Stamp: Cheeseheads & CHI Hotdogs Unite. 6.0% ABV, Mosaic & Nelson Sauvin-Hopped Cold India Pale Ale. Football is better with cheese and sausage. Tasting Notes: Sweet Tropical, Fresh Berries, White Grape Juice. Artwork by Dan Grzeca. Collaboration with Hinterland Brewery. Brewed and canned by Hop Butcher For The World in Chicago, Illinois and Bedford Park, Illinois.
Appearance: Poured about 3/4 of the can into a teku glass, yielding a bubbly slightly creamy egg white head that leaves generous soapy lacing and a mix of tiny and large bubble cover over a peach yellow clear base with light to mild carbonation. 4.25
Aroma: Pineapple, tangerine, citrus, mango flavors, backed by a light dankness. Near full strength, very nice tropical fruit basket. 4.5
Taste: Bitter pine and pineapple the initial draw. light citrus and tangerine follow. As this warms, the Nelson Sauvin enters the game, white dry wine vibes. All this sweetness held together by a steady bitterness, which works for my preferences. 4.25
Mouthfeel: Drinks at perhaps a bit above the 6.0% ABV. Gentle but persistent carbonation and a medium creamy base. Bitterness consistent throughout, but the #34 Sweetness wins on this play with an up and over. Not to worry, the Pack is Back to close out a win on a Don Majkowski scramble from two yards out for the victory. White grape pineapple the final finish, with other sweet tropical fruits moving in and out of focus earlier. 4.5
Overall: This is a solid collaboration, let this warm for peak enjoyment. Wonderful use of Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic, grab your wine bottle and fruit basket and tailgate with fun beer! 4.5

Aroma is complex fruit/floral Nelson Sauvin hops and mild grain sweetness. The flavor is big tropical fruit/kiwi/papaya, malts and a spicy Nelson Sauvin/Mosaic hop finish.
