In the hazy citrus-y category and hopped with Mosaic, Anchovy and Idaho 7 hops and then infused with lemon-lime hop oils on the cold side. Fun new hop technologies always get us excited over here at the brewery.

Hazy lemonade. Intense citrusy lemon peel and orange peel aroma and flavor. OK balance with decent bitterness but a bit too citrusy for me. Light to medium bodied.

It pours a murky, light haze with tons of lacing. Smell is bright and citrusy. Initially, a strong note of alcohol in the glass but it never showed itself in the flavor and it definitely mellowed shortly after the pour. To my pallet, the lemon lime oil was really subtle (which is good) and I never got the impression it was overpowering the hops. Overall a solid option is you're looking for something bright and easy drinking.

Dated 01/12/26 AQUARIUS HOF: ABE LINCOLN, into a Xul becher pint.

Pours a dark yellow, very murky, with tons of lacing and a little foam. Aroma is lemon, then lime peels, and a little grapefruit, but tons of lemon/lime. Flavor is a little earthy but with a ton of lime zest and smooth lemon juice. I get some smooth cantaloupe on the following few sips which is really nice, and it seems like one of my favorite hops, Anchovy, is doing some heavy lifting in that category. Feel is good, a little thin but still nice. Lower body and quite smooth, the hop flavors sit very well here.

Overall, a solid offering from Hop Butcher that showcases interesting flavors and a unique lime focus.
