Fruity and with a little extra bite, Hop Butcher... employs the use of passionfruit and guava terpenes to give their hops of Citra, Simcoe, Tangier and Idaho-7 a little tropical boost.
Cloudy and pasty gold, Oceanview Obserbatory floats a creamy white blanket of foam and a spicy tropical scent of passionfruit with accompanying citrus, melon and woodsy herb. A mild sweetness of cookie dough and powdered sugar bring hints of wafer ahead of the fruitiness of passionfruit, under ripened orange, white grapefruit, pineapple and green papaya. Trending herbal with spruce tip, green tea, hemp, verbena and sassafras, a fragrant woodsy finish looms.
Medium bodied and slightly more tannic than usual, the extra woodsiness adds a peppery bite and an extended bitterness.
