In collaboration with our good friends at RAR Brewing, what we have here is a big ole hazy Double IPA hopped to the gills with Peacharine, Citra, NZ Cascade, Riwaka, Simcoe, Simcoe Hyperboost and Fresh Frozen Simcoe hops. Quite literally, all the things. What we were after was a fruity, hop bomb of a beer without using any fruit - exactly what you would expect out of a RAR x HB jam.

Canned 3/27/26
Appearance: Pours a completely cloudy (5% clarity) medium to pale orange/yellow color with a strong white head. SRM of 6-7. (4.00)
Aroma: Aromas of orange, smooth peach, pineapple. (4.00)
Flavor: Strong flavors follow with creamy peach, orange, pineapple slurry. (4.00)
Feel: Medium body, appropriate carbonation. Hides the alcohol and sweetness. Smooth and creamy. (4.50)
To Hop Butcher Blue Moss 4/26: Pours darker, similar head. Stronger aromas. Less earthy stonefruit, grapefruit, pine. More orange creamsicle, peach, pineapple, mango. Winner: Impossible Bottle
Overall: Hop Butcher in a collab with RAR Brewing. This has Citra orange, creamy peach from Peacharine, and then pineapple from the Riwaka. Hides the alcohol and sweetness well. This is incredibly smooth and drinkable. Wasn't my favorite hop combination so I didn't expect much, but this surprised me. (Rating: 4.10)
