Hazy straw color with bright white head. Aroma has the specific Sorachi note that makes me think of butterscotch but with earthy, grassy, herbal and peppery saison yeast notes. Taste is citrusy at first but gets more herbal and dusty, a bit astringent, hoppy, dry on the finish. Light body, high effervescence. Overall it's a really nice session beer but a bit overcarbonated for my liking.
