Pours a slightly foggy orange, with fine, soapy head.
Smell is tangy and yeasty with some funky notes and hints of apples and youghurt.
Taste starts with a mineral note and some yeast. Progresses with a fairly mild acidity and notes of white wine and grapes. Fruity, and oddly refreshing considering the ABV. Pretty multi layered.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall,a really interesting sour farmhouse ale wih plenty of depth.
