Copenhagen 8/12 2018. 44 cl can from Mikkeller Webshop. Very artistic can looking like cut-up art from the seventies. Small pictograms from Cloudwater and Beermoth.
Pours hazy, golden yellow with very big white head. Settles as 5 cm thick Crown of creamy foam. Massive Lacing.
Aroma is sweet fruity pleasantry meeting strong sour notes. Resin, pine rummaging in the background.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, soft texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a surprisingly light bitterness. On the thin side. Aftertaste is fairly short. Semi-dry finish.
Looks fantastic and smells great. But a little disappointing and thin when it gets into my mouth.

Pours an unclear dark orange with a mssive cap of thick foam.
Smell is fruity and malty with some hints of yeast, dried apricot and raisins.
Taste is fruity and a little bit funy. Hints of yeast and apricots, and a mild, peppery bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a pretty laid back and easy to drink saison, easy to pair with food.
