Pours a murky peach color with very little head. Looks like apple must.
Smell is light and a bit tart, with notes of apples, pears and some pepper and funk. Very crisp.
Taste is slighty tart, funky and very refreshing. Notes of oak, apples, pears and red wine along with some funk and a bone dry finish.
Mouthfeel is thin to medium, well carbonated and dry.
Overall, a very refreshing, and slightly different table beer.
