After 21 months in red wine barrels, this funky pale was refermented on strawberries. This beer is one of three fruit expressions that share the same base beer.
Best paired with a meditation on the travails of the farm workers that hand harvest these delicate fruits.

Pours a reddish orange with low, pinkish head.
Smell is tart and funky with notes of strawberries, raspberries, lime, red wine and oak.
Taste is sour with some bretty bite. Notes of strawberries, raspberries, lime, oak and rec winr with some hints of strawberry jam. Dry finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, dry and brightly carbonated.
Overall, a very nice sour that lets the berries shine.
