The Cuvee series consists of individual barrels selected by the brewery that have been aging a minimum of 1 Year in different oak barrels. These beers are American Sour Ales that have been aged with various "Wild Yeasts" as well as different strains of Bacteria that give off complex tart and funky flavors.

Pours a crystal clear vibrant copper with Amber hints and a quarter finger of white head. Aroma is moderately funky with hay notes and some light red wine and barrel notes. Taste has some tartness upfront and again in the drying finish; in between I get a bit of funk and some barrel. Light-medium body and moderate carbonation. Overall a very tasty beer, the flavors toe the line between complex and accessible. I can see this appealing to a wide audience but might lack the depth that a true neck beard might be looking for in a wild ale.
