Pours a clear vibrant pale yellow in color with a finger plus of white head. Aroma is light, I get a mix of crispy and corny malt notes, maybe some super subtle herbal hops. Taste is also pretty muted but there are some nice complex grainy, corny malt notes that have a sweet bent to them. The finish is pretty neutral, maybe just slightly bitter. Light-medium bodied with moderately high+ carbonation. This is advertised by the brewery as a Mexican Lager and of judged by that standard it’s very tasty. The aromas and flavors are definitely subtle but very complex. If you want to search for something in the flavor/aroma it is there to be discovered but if you just want to drink this without thinking then there is nothing to get in the way.
