Appearance: Arrives hazy and straw colored with a one finger head; considerable lacing
Smell: Farmhouse yeast tones dominate the aroma with some resinous hops buttressing
Taste: As with the aroma, the Saison yeast brings a rustic, herbal and peppery tone to the front end; a resinous aspect builds through the middle but the finish brings a return to the peppery element
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: This is a nice twist to the Saison style and is in keeping with the breweries hop forward orientation
