Brewed with our good friends Sean and Amanda of The Seed: A Living Beer Project, You Have My Sword is a NE style DIPA brewed utilizing techniques from both breweries. Super juicy, this one is packed with tons of fluffy Wheat+Oats and is Double Dry Hopped with Strata+Citra.
Notes of candied orange peel, juicy cantaloupe, fresh tangerine slices, and passionfruit, with a slightly dank finish.

Delicious! Great smell, one big sniff and you drinking it. Great color, that nice hazy yellow that you love to see in a beer…just the right about of carbonation.

can (from DC) to tulip glass.
Super silty and hazy. Light yellow color. Head is big and creamy and white in color. excellent retention. Beautiful beer.
Grapefruit, Pineapple, sea grass, salty air, mango.
Grapefruit, Pineapple, pear, mango finish has some hay, grass leaves bitterness and a little funky pasty flavor.
soft and smooth. light to medium body. low carbonation.
Very nice. My kind of IPA.

And my Axe... blah blah blah. A DIPA brewed with Wheat and Oats, Double Dry Hopped with Citra and Strata by Brix City with The Seed. Techniques of both breweries implemented, whatever that may mean.
Pours a frothy hazy pale golden. Opaque and hazy, with a sticky white lacing.
Somewhat ambiguous aromatics here. Very heady, clear evidence of dry-hopping, vaguely citrusy and a touch of passion fruit.
Here's where it gets gigantic... Notes of gooseberry jam, mango, passion fruit, and sweet tangerines. Everything pops and is pretty well defined, color me very impressed.
Lots of fluffy malts here clearly and they are working super well. Very soft, full mouthfeel, and ABV is respectable and enjoyable. Nothing is out of place.
Incredibly well done and fun to drink DIPA work here. Some of the aspects that I've found to be out of focus before with Brix are not even a slight concern with this. Explosively flavorful and enjoyable.
