Yam Jams is an Ube Halaya inspired Milkshake style DIPA. For those who don't know, Ube is a yam known for its distinct vibrant purple color and Ube Halaya is a popular Filipino dessert made with mashed Ube and Condensed or Coconut Milk. For our take on this unique dessert, we brewed up our usual Jams base, added a healthy dose of creamy Lactose, Double Dry Hopped with the usual Citra+Mosaic, and finally conditioned it on an insane amount of Ube Purée, fresh Coconut, Marshmallow, and Vanilla.

This brew pours an extraordinary purple color and exhibits notes of layers of sticky melted marshmallows, freshly shredded coconut, tangy tangerine slices, sweet tropical smoothie, and hints of rich nuttiness from the Ube.
