La Grace is a tart saison with a miniscule amount of passion fruit puree added that we fermented with French Saison yeast.
The aim of this beer, as indicated by the name, is to gracefully blend a very small amount of passion fruit puree with a lightly soured wort and compliment them with some delicate yeast esters. Together, this combination forms a well balanced and thirst quenching warm weather crusher!
Enjoy challenging your palate to coax out the harmonious notes of passion fruit, lemon, bubblegum, and pepper out of this one!
