Shiro is another plum saison. This is a tart ale with a delicate plum nose. Golden and spritzy. It feels like it’s been raining for weeks. Everyone is all doom and gloom but you kinda like it. Water is cleansing. You head to the fridge because it is your time. You don’t hesitate. Grab an ice cold Shiro. Pop the top, pour a glass and look out of the rain drop covered window. Your favorite TV show will be on in 5 minutes. You forgot to program your VCR to record it. Oh well. You watch a fancy new sports car speed down the road and disappear over the hill. The old pickup is parked in the drive way. You like things slow. You take a sip of the Shiro, close your eyes and slowly nod your head in approval.

A: The beer is rather hazy pale yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that died down but never completely fade away.
S: Light aromas of plums are present in the nose.
T: The taste has moderate flavors of plums along with underlying hints of malts and hops.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation. No dryness is perceptible.
O: The plums in the smell and taste of this beer aren't overly strong, but still take center stage since they are only subtle to moderate in strength.
