Reminds me of Trillium's Free Rise saison in that both claim to be saisons but taste nothing almost nothing like it, and instead taste like juicey IPAs. (And even then, Free Rise is better at failing to be a saison, but I digress). Aroma is a little muted but citric notes are definitely present. Taste is more similar to a citrus forward session IPA with slightly peppery yeast. Mouthfeel is a little seltzery. Overall, tasty beer but fails to be a saison and I'm a big opponent to bastardizing styles into tasting like modern IPAs.

16oz draft on tap at Fourth St BBQ in Charleroi:
Look: Pours an amazing hazy yellow color with about an inch of head. Some lacing present with ok retention. Love the haze on this!
Smell: Aromas of citrus, grapefruit, and juice!
Taste: Straight up juice bomb! Tastes more like a juicy IPA than a saison but this tastes amazing!
Feel: Light to medium bodied.
Overall: My first offering from SOLE and it won't be my last! Very solid beer here. Tastes more like a juicy IPA than a saison but this was fantastic. I would try this one again in the future.

This looked like milky yellow ooz juice. I think they were trying to brew a DDHFPPA clone, with saison yeast. Unfortunately this wasnt really a saison. Tasted and looked just like a pale Trillium juice bomb but drenched in yeast. It wasnt bad. Just not a saison.
