A: The beer is somewhat hazy reddish yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high off white head that died down, leaving a thin collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of cherries and oak are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, having flavors of cherries with notes of oak and faint hints of Brett funk.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and slightly tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This saison was very nice and delicate so it makes for and interesting selection is you are looking for something that is flavorful but not overly strong.
