A - Straw yellow pour with a dense but thin lacing ring around the glass.
S - Lemon rind, tart, funk, guava, mint tea leaf.
T - Lemon, tart green apple, green vinous, lingering puckering apple funk. The green apple vinous quality is moderately bold.
M - Medium body, tight prickly carbonation gives way to a silky finish, bone dry on top of the tongue and very wet on the sides.
O - A decent Saison, unique.
