Belgian style single generously hopped with Amarillio and Saaz. A deep golden ale. The aroma and flavor are layered from the start with a delicate yeast note followed by spice, floral, orange, perfumey, and sweet bread. Pleasant bitterness in the finish that is balanced by soft bready malt. The hops is this beer compliment rather then disrupt our expressive Trappist yeast.

1/2 growler filled at Brew and Co. in Bedford, NY
Pour is near clear and quite light, almost golden amber...minor off whjite cap quickly going to a thin film, thin collar and some fine nice looking fieldsand strands of fine lacing.
Delicate yeasty nose with coriander, and the welcome Belgian bubble gum sniff that I havent enjoyed in a while..
Similar sensations on the palate, light yeast, coriander and again bubble gum..hopped up finish with tropical fruit hops, smooth and in control..complex, nicely crafted and well worth a try.....love the style and this is a nice take on it, with an added American hop twist....I'll keep my eyes open for more beers (especially Belgian style ones) from this brewery
