This hoppy West Coast inspired Imperial Amber Ale is fermented 100% with our house Brettanomyces yeast. The result is a copper colored hop bomb full of citrus, pine and malt with a dry finish.

The color is a muddy turbid medium amber color.
The beer hits of bright fruity character on the nose and on the front of the palate, lemon, guava, tropical fruit, leaning towards a juicy fruit quality, then onto a biscuity malt and light caramel sweetness. The beer then finishes with a heavy Brett dry finish.
