This table bier represents a delicate interplay between noble hops, our house saison yeast and Brettanomyces. There are delicate esters present in the beer as well as a soft yeast note from the Brettanomyces. A faint toasted note and silky palate from the addition of flaked oats leads into a light bodied beer that finishes dry, tart, and quenching.

Had the passionfruit guava version. Hazy yellow, creamy head, smells like tropical yogurt, tastes like drinking tart guava juice, guava yogurt/lassi, guava creamsicle, guava, guava, guava. Mouth is smooth and creamy, delusions of guava pulp. A very fruity sour, guavo!
