Our first American IPA, highlights our distinctive yeast with a bold complement of hops. The nose bursts with pine, citrus rind, melon and pineapple. Flavors of peach, lychee, and tropical fruits are accentuated with a pleasant bitterness and balanced by a gentle biscuity malt character.

-cloudy tap pour with a pronounced citrus nose and a bit of pine. The flavors are of a soft, juicy IPA. Low astringency and a smooth, rich mouth-feel round this out.

The beer hits of pine, bitter lemon peel, hints of tropical fruit, a light biscuity malt, as a medium bitterness arrives on the finish. This IPA is soft and leans towards a newer age of IPA with emphasis of fruity hops, balanced with a handful of pine, with the malts present, but in the backseat.

L - golden, nice and hazy, but small head
S - subdued, hoppy notes of pear and citrus, wet cardboard
T - pear, grapefruit rind, star fruit, nice balance, clean white grape finish
F - well carbonated, creamy
O - really nice IPA but doesn't distinguish itself among other local options like Grimm, Other Half, and Singlecut

A great fruity IPA. Reminds me of a lot of the other soft IPAs coming out of the northeast. It wasn't as flavorful as some others but had a great nose and solid taste.
