Had this on tap at Beer Shop, NYC. My second ever LIC Beer Project brew.
Pours a cloudy yellow straw with a hint of lime color. A very modest head soon dissipates entirely.
In the nose there is lime, passionfruit, wheat, and candied sweetness. Reminds me a bit of lemonade. Surprisingly no funky tone, instead light earthy tones such as grass and hay.
In the mouth it is tart with a moderate acidity that is not too mouth puckering. Fruity with an emphasis on passion fruit, yet, the lime and lemon steal the show. There is even a tiny bit of hops bitterness. Light and refreshing. Enjoyable in the summer and decent representation of the style.
