On tap at The Village Tavern in Geneseo, NY.
This one pours a fairly dark color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like sweet milk chocolate, roasted malt, and robust coffee.
This is a fairly basic porter, but it's still done fairly well here. There's a nice chocolate and roast mash-up going here, balanced off of each other fairly well. There's some very light coffee-like tones, as well.
This is light bodied, clean and pretty crisp, with a little bit of creaminess. I'd definitely prefer if this was a bit richer or creamier.
This is a very straightforward, but very drinkable, porter. It''s nothing to write home about, but I enjoyed it.
