Bright white head crests around two fingers, falls like a bad soufflé to barely cover the surface. Slight gauziness to the brassy liquid yet transparent enough with a loose assemblage of bubbles visible. The nose represents the label just fine, you might as well stick an orange creamsicle up your nostril, maybe some pine, very fresh but certainly monochrome. Light-bodied, dry and crisp enough to keep the lactose and vanilla in check. Albeit the overall sourness may be lessened by this creamier element. Semi-tropical but hard to parse out distinct fruit flavors due to the aggressive citrus. I like the textural contrasts and the flavors have a purity of purpose. Could put a couple down in a row, especially on a hot summer day. (No can dating)
