Aggressive pour yields a thin dusting of white foam across the surface, disappears with alacrity, zero lacing. Opaque liquid, coloration is closest to pink grapefruit juice, looks washed at near the surface. The mint by far the most obvious component of the nose, the lime a distance second, the fruit scents have a reddish complexion but wouldn’t necessarily peg cranberry, flaky pie crust rounds it out, arguably makes up for lack of complexity with steady thrust. Medium-bodied, the lack of carbonation makes the texture a touch goopy. Flavors have the same brightness and focus as in the nose. Flat finish. I would hope that overall this was not the experience the brewery intended, albeit it appears the ingredients were high quality. (Purchased from brewery on 12/19/20, can stamped with "best by 9/26/20" which sort of begs the question why the brewery was selling it.)

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
