Drinking this at The Lazy Hiker Brewery in Downtown Sylva NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks slightly hazy yellow with a nice white foamy head that dropped to a thin cap.
Smells grainy, sweet, lemon.
Taste follows the nose nicely.
Mouth feel is medium for the style.
Overall a very nice Pilsener that I would definitely order again.
Cheers!

My 600th beer post to Beeradvocate! Purchased off the single shelf at Legacy.
LOOK: Pours a very hazy, pale light straw yellow with a small pure white head that settles, leaving some decent side glass lace.
AROMA: Grain, grass with a touch of lemon scent.
TASTE: Some light bread malt, crisp, clean.
FEEL: Drying, with a creamy element in the mouthfeel.
Decent Pilsner.

12 oz. can, poured into a glass boot! For fun. German Style Pilsner in small print on side of can.
Straw color light haze, rising bubbles
Floral grainy Bready aromas
Sweet crackers malt, very light, light bitter cut, overall just too light and dainty for my preference.
Won't repeat.

12 oz can (thanks Sharon) in a lager glass. 12 February 2019 date stamp on the bottom of the can.
Pours with a lightly hazy, pale golden body that is topped by a decent white head.
Aroma: Grassy and about as expected.
Flavor: bold but with, at most, moderate bitterness for style.

Had on draft @ashevilleclub. Lines cleaned recently.
A: Crisp and clean, slight sulfur but not knock you over levels (like some Swiss lagers I’ve had). No discernible hop aroma.
T: Light malts, think honey, with a prickling of bitterness, either carbonation or hopping. End of a swig has a pleasant corn sweetness. Would want a clearer hop nose, not necessarily more bitterness.
F: Light drinkable, but with an appreaciable creamy mouthfeel. Not an overattenuated thin light beer.
Overall impression is good. Would want more of a hop nose to complement the mouthfeel and malt character.
