Drinking this at The Lazy Hiker Brewery in Downtown Sylva NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks deep Amber with a nice tannish foamy head that dropped quickly to a thin cap.
Smells malty, sweet, spicy.
Taste follows the nose nicely with enough hop bitterness to keep my interest.
Mouth feel is medium plus for the style.
Overall a very nice example of an Amber that I would definitely order again.
