Drinking this at The Lazy Hiker Brewing Company in beautiful downtown Sylva NC.
Looks clear pale yellow with a nice white foamy head that dropped quickly to a thin ring.
Smells lightly bready, lemon.
Taste follows the nose nicely.
Mouth feel is medium light for the style.
Overall a very nice example of a Helles that I might order again.
