Drinking this at The Lazy Hiker Brewing Company in beautiful downtown Sylva North Carolina. After a day of paddling The local Tuck Gorge with the Red Headed Lady.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks opaque orange yellow with light carbonation and a nice white foamy head that dropped quickly to a thin ring.
Smells citrusy, orange and grapefruit.
Taste follows the nose and the grapefruit definitely dominates.
Mouth feel nice smooth finish
Overall a very nice example of a NEIPA that I would definitely order again.
