I am drinking this at The Lazy Hiker Brewing Company in beautiful downtown Sylva North Carolina after paddling The Tuck Gorge with The Red Headed Lady from Snowbird Mountains Brewery.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass
Smells sweet, lemony, biscuity and floral.
Taste follows the nose nicely with a nice amount of floral
Mouth feel is medium for the style with a nice smooth finish.
Overall a very nice example of a Pilsener that I would definitely order again.
