Drinking this at The Lazy Hiker Brewing Company in beautiful downtown Sylva North Carolina with The Red Headed Lady of Snowbird Mountains Brewery fame.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks dark brown with a tannish foamy head that dropped quickly to a thin cap.
Smells malty, sweet, caramel and floral.
Taste follows the nose nicely.
Mouth feel is medium light for the style.
Definitely a very nice example of a Dunkel that I would definitely order again.
