341ml single bottle, the good ol' standard 5% alcohol on this one.

This beer pours a clear, pale golden yellow colour, with a half finger of thin fizzy off-white head, which leaves zero lace around the glass as it hastily recedes.

It smells of breakfast cereal malt, mostly sweet and grainy, with a muddled low-rent orchard fruitiness, and earthy, weedy hoppiness. The taste is more grainy, somewhat edgy bready malt, some mildly citrusy fruity notes, and musty, grassy hops.

The bubbles are fairly sedate, the body a medium-aspirant weight, and a tad too acerbic to be considered all that smooth. It finishes fairly off-dry, the generic graininess teetering really close to BMC territory, with the admittedly existent hops not doing anyone any favours.

Not bad, but not anywhere near good, either. A disappointing sourness creeps in after a spell, as well, tinting the otherwise innocuous malt. Meh - I can't believe this sells for north of 18 bucks a six pack in these parts.

A: Pours a clear yellow with 1.5 fingers worth of white head. Settles to a partial cap but doesn’t leave any lacing.

S: Light hoppy aroma with some light malt. Some bready notes as well.

T: Light hops with a bit of citrus and some light malt. You get a bit of bready tastes as the beer warms.

M: Light to medium carbonation with a light body.

O: I enjoyed this one. It would be a great summer patio beer that would be refreshing and you could have quite a few of.

Draft pint while visiting the Railway Club in Vancouver.
This is a good pilsner, clear golden yellow color, with a short white head. Good hoppy balance, clean flavor profile. Slightly thin yet drinkable, as to be expected. A step up from the typical macro lagers. Always happy to help support a smaller local brewery.

This is a pretty nice lager in a Province where every brewer decided to do a Pils in the last year. Good use of hops and finish to make this drinkable yet a step above the macro swill. A Summer deck beer for sure with Russell newly bought out and ready to expand into more establishments.
