Mouthfeel: Quite thin
Appearance: Bright Sunny Yellow
Aroma: Sweet bread and Candy
Taste: Sickingly sweet malt over ripe fruit
Overall not a very enjoyable beer and most definitely not what I have come to expect from a Saison, It might not have helped it much that I had 3 other INCREDIBLE Saisons along side it, long story short I wouldn't recommend it unless you want to see for yourself how not to make a Saison. Cheers

Poured from a 650ml bottle. Pours a bright, clear, rich lemon yellow colour. Odd for a saison. The nose is fruity and funky with aromas of spice, apple and apricot. The taste however isn't quite so bold. There are grainy notes, a bit of light fruit and a very dry finish. It just seems a bit thin and very light bodied. Certainly appropriate for summer drinking, but lacking the complexity of a typical saison.

This is a very clean saison that's reminiscent of Dupont.
Extremely clear, slight yellow hue, pours with a plethora of head that sticks around and leaves some nice lace.
Mild spicy aroma with a hint of grainy biscuit and floral undertones.
Flavour is fairly mild as well... bready, slight grain, peppery spice, grassy & slightly floral, hints of crisp apple tartness and a gentle bitterness for balance.
Smooth, moderate to light mouth-feel has a nice crisp finish.
Well done. It's great to see a local saison that's simple, yet delightful.
Brewery info:
"Purposely brewed on a sunny day with the weekend in mind. Crafted in the Belgian farmhouse tradition using Belgian Pilsner malt, special aromatic malt, wheat malt and a touch of clear Belgian Candy syrup, balanced with German Hallertau hops. Our Summer Daze is dry to the finish with great hop character throughout and a slight peppery nose. Kick back, relax and enjoy!"
