Clear golden brew in the Tripel Karmeliet tulip. Bready aroma. The taste is a little odd, with a sort of sourish fruit finish. I know that sounds vague but I"m used to these Pilsners having more cereal and then the bitterish or serious bitter finish. This tastes of fruit salad with a woody finish. Flavors of rye bread (no seeds), lime peel, green peppers, and something like plum. But all very dry. Drinkable enough, and sort of a puzzle, but not going to be a new favorite. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. Fresh, though, dated 01/22/25.
