Held promise, but failed to deliver. Golden orange in colour with almost not head to speak of...a bit of white fizz on the top.
Sickly sweet peach smell...almost like peach syrup, or Fuzzy Peach candy. Sweet-sour taste...peach, malt and bitter hops. Not what I expected, and certainly nothing I would revisit. Taste sort of like peaches gone off.
Nice body and carbonation, but the flavour makes it kind of hard to drink.

Pours orange with a thin fizzy white head. Has a pretty bright colour.
The smell is peach, very sweet, almost like a peach cola. Anything else is hidden by the peach smell.
And the taste is peach as well. I suppose I'm not really surprised. It is perhaps just beerlike enough not to be considered a cooler. There is a bit of a grassy malt that lingers on the back of the tongue. I like the taste, however it isn't amazing in any way.
Mouthfeel is a bit thin and fizzy. Would be nice if it was a bit creamier. The beer goes down easy enough, but I don't see myself picking it up again. Worth checking out if you like the fruity stuff.

500ml bottle with gold-foiled neck. Poured a pale honey color, orange hints around the edge of the glass. Thick, bright white head of foam that shrinks, but never quite disappears all the way. Good carbonation throughout. Nice smell of peaches, strong but not overpowering, mixed with maltiness (rather than a grassy or grainy aroma). Taste is full of peaches, but again, not overpowering. Light taste and mouthfeel, does not leave a sticky or sugary film. Dry finish with just a touch of fruitiness in the aftertaste. Easy to drink, would be quite refreshing on a hot day. A very nice fruit beer.

New in Alberta from Tin Whistle, and it seems natural to mix the fruitage of the Okanagan with some barley and create a summer fruit beer. Thus we have Peaches N'Cream Fruit Ale. A nice presentation: 500ml bottle with gold-foiled neck. Pouring I get a pale honey coloured beer with a little fleeting haziness, topped by a bright white pillow of head. Good screen lacing that moves and cascades in sheets on the glass. An appetising beer in appearance. Peaches and apricots immediately hit the nose, but not strongly--they are more in balance with the bready malt than I thought they might be. Inevitable peach juice aromas, but not overly sugary as to lose the flavour of malt. Iced tea, and a touch of grapefruit. The aroma is balanced, but I would actually prefer a stronger fruitiness--as it is it seems a little lackluster. Definitely refreshing, though, and I imagine even more so if you have to put up with some of the hot summers the Penticton area. The taste is wonderfully balanced, but simply not exciting. Perfumy fruits up front, a little sugar in the middle, and in the finish some light malt and citrus dryness. I prefer Alley Kat's Aprikat over this, simply because it has more body and more fruit flavour. Peaches N'Cream is very light tasting. Medium carbonation, and definitely quaffable, making it a drinkable beer, if not particularly essential.

Nice to see some new BC beers here in Alberta these days. I swear I've had this stuff before at some point, while travelling through mainland BC probably, it looks incredibly familiar.
Came in a 650 ml brown bottle, brass foil around the neck and cap. Pours out a highly carbonated clear bright coppery hue, medium-sized bubbly off-white head that recedes to a densely creamy cap, with lattice-work lacing. The nose is a good dose of ripe orchard fruit, apricots, peaches, and even notes of sweet tropical papaya. The malt is definitely overpowered in this case.
The flavour is nicely balanced to my surprise. Starts out with a whammy of almost sour orchard fruit, but the mild biscuity malt jumps in shortly afterwards, providing the backbone of the body in the middle, finishing with mild floral hops and a light fruity aftertaste. The fruit, while obviously present, is not overpowering, and there is a decent ale lying underneath as well that could stand on its own. The mouthfeel is full and creamy, a bit sticky in places due to the fruit presence. It lacks an easy-drinking smoothness, making it more of a sipping beer than it should be, as the rest of its elements encourage a nice long refreshing quaff.
As much as I enjoyed it I'm not really craving another one, although I intend to pick up more. Not as much of a sessional as I would have expected, mostly due to the mouthfeel, but a decent ale to settle an evening down with, to sip and relax. I'm partial to peaches, so this fruit beer works for me.

It is nice to see these guys back in the bottling biz as they went through some problems in the late 90's. This is a nice reddish gold beer with a sour but peachy nose. Good midbody with strong fruit overtones without the over sweetness inherent in many fruit beers. Nice finish with an very beery profile for a fruit beer. I welcome Tin Whistle back to the BC beer family.
