Pours cloudy pink brown color with a 1 finger thick head that faded quickly and basically zero lacing. Smells like blueberry, honey, strawberry, caramel, grains, and then it tastes like all those aromas plus the banana, tart cherry, grapefruit, piney notes and a little bit of brown sugar. Very thin feeling but a really interesting and tasty flavor.

L: Like opaque pink grapefruit juice darkened by some berry purée. A beautiful coloration. A couple fingers of loose light pink head sizzle away in a flash. Lines of rising bubbles as the fizzy sound continues on.
S: First a huge nose of coconut, then a rich granola-banana mix, lastly the berries come in. Really delightful.
T/F: Hmm. Far drier than I was expecting, and far thinner. Bring in a mouth-tingling level of carbonation and this comes off as more of a overzealous seltzer or Italian soda. The coconut is really present, but the richness is lessened greatly by the ABV and the berries seem watered down. Hmm.
O: I love the combination of flavors that came in here, but it went way off track for me on mouthfeel and overall experience. I would rather have had a much sweeter, less filtered, and less carbonated version. For me this is trying to get through; BUT if sours, Belgians, and field beers at this ABV are totally your thing, it’s a must try.
I do want to stress that for the ABV it is awesome, but still wish for lower carbonation.
