A: The beer is slightly hazy golden yellow in color and has a high amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a two finger high off white head that has good retention properties and consistently left a half finger high head covering the surface.
S: Moderate aromas of yeast are present in the nose along with associated notes of spices and pale malts.
T: The taste follows the smell and the yeasty flavors particularly linger into the finish. There is a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and somewhat dry on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This saison does a very nice job at exhibiting the yeast. The can seemed to be somewhat over carbonated and I had to pour out some of the foam from the top so I could get everything to fit into my glass.
