Appearance - Pours a warm apricot with two fingers of foamy white head.
Smell - spicy herbal, earthy, and floral hops, stone fruits (apricot, peach), pinot gris elements, grape musk, wheat malts, and spicy yeast.
Taste - Refreshing stone fruits as noted above, pinot gris juice/musk. Balanced wheat malts and hops flavour. Spicy yeast just adds a touch of pepperiness.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Crisp and dry finish with lingering aftertaste from the wheat malts.
Overall - A delectable wheat ale that showcases what the Okanagan is known for: juicy stone fruits and grapes/wine.
